Our team is comprised of heavy haul / project cargo experts from various industries such as project forwarding, rigging and specifically over the road transportation.
Key
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone, email) in a professional and timely manner.
Responding immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule.
Entering, updating, and processing customer orders on various interfaces.
Accurately enter data and create various reports for internal / external use.
Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
o Coordinate with billing to ensure accurate invoicing.
Performs related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and General Manager.
Well-versed in supply management principles and practices
Qualifications:
Experienced in WMS entry, both inbounds and outbounds.
Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
Strong multitasker with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
Well versed in outlook and email and have a strong customer service characteristics.
Independent and has initiative and can multitask at a fast-paced environment.
Understanding with warehousing and logistics, the flow, and operations.
At least 2 years of warehousing knowledge.
Team- player.
