We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a receptionist and assistant.
Job
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, processing payments, scanning documents, etc.
Preparing exam rooms and assisting with procedures in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Ensuring that the office is stocked with supplies as needed.
Assisting with the daily office operations as assigned by management.
Maintaining an orderly patient waiting room area.
Communicating with On-site Physicians in a professional manner to ensure patient care is being delivered in a timely manner.
Providing excellent customer service to patients and their family members at all times.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred but not required.
College degree preferred but not required for receptionist position.
Medical experiance and/or medical office experiance is required.
