They are looking for a Faith-based, experienced Office Assistant to join their family! The Office Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative management to the front office as well as providing and managing communications in order to create excellent worship, study, and serve experiences.
Responsibilities:
Host the front office during office hours:
greeting, phones, filing, data entry, general office duties Schedule and over-see office volunteer Inventory and order office supplies Assist team leaders as needed Schedule use of church facilities Create and print weekly materials and other correspondence as needed Prepare and send weekly electronic materials Update website as needed and social media daily.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Apple computers, Microsoft Office, online databases, website and social media platforms and the ability to learn church management database and church specific software.

PART-TIME 30 hours per week; Tuesday thru Friday from 10 am-4 pm.
PAY:
$16-$18/HOUR
