's P&ID Verifier will field verify if the supplied P&IDs are correct and make the appropriate corrections as necessary.
He/she will assist in building excel spreadsheets to capture equipment information that will be uploaded to the procurement program.
The locations for use of personal protective equipment (PPE) include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, steel toed work boots, company issued uniform and hardhats are governed by the Director of Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance.
Qualifications:
Current TWIC card Ability to read, comprehend and perform English written instructions and procedures.
Valid Driver's License required.
Ability to perform basic-intermediate computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to comprehend and perform oral instructions Be proficient with P&ID's
Responsibilities:
Walk out and verify P&ID's Knows applicable industry standards and codes, accepted design practices, and quality standards Makes decisions concerning problems within the D365 discipline on the project Represents the D365 discipline on the project, and with the client, as directed to resolve technical questions.
Work with Wiring Diagrams, Loop Drawing, Instrument installation Details (hook-ups) Work with Telecom Drawings:
Telecom/IT infrastructure & Architecture drawings, Structured Cable System (SCS) Drawings, Network Topology Diagrams, Fiber Optic Network Drawings Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and specifications.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders Maintains P&IDs, by ensuring all appropriate electronic and hard copies are current Reviews and checks vendor drawings and other discipline drawings.
Performs necessary fieldwork to gather field data and provide field verification Ensures all documentation is accurate and up to date reflecting equipment and piping systems in the field Manages and controls P&ID database and ensures formal distribution of updates to the site, including the verification of hard copy-controlled set updates Other duties as assigned Required Physical Abilities Perform strenuous physical tasks for long periods of time in various types of weather Perform job requirements while wearing various types of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Takes immediate action to correct safety deficiencies or unsafe behaviors as appropriate Attends safety meetings and other safety-related training sessions; completes computer bases training modules as assigned Understands what action(s) they are to take in an emergency Authority & Obligation:
Maintain a professional appearance by wearing Company supplied uniforms and ID badges (TWIC & HASC), which are requirements per Company Policy, and courteous demeanor with internal and external customers.
Has the authority to stop production at any time that is deemed necessary for reasons of safety, quality, or priority.
