Summary:
This position is responsible for operating radio, telephone, and computer equipment in response to emergency and non-emergency calls.

Relay information to law enforcement Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED At least six (6) months of equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Possession or the ability to be certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety in TCIC/NCIC operations within six (6) months of employment.
Possession of a license as a Basic Telecommunications Operator by Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).
Valid Texas Driver's License.
